Coyote Park (b.1999, Rota, Spain) is a Two-Spirit multimedia artist and visual storyteller based in Los Angeles. Park comes from Yurok, Karuk, German, and Korean descent and often works with themes surrounding identity, diaspora, and kinship. Park's photographic work is an exploration of land - body relationships, world building, and indigenous/trans futurisms. Most notably, his photographic exhibitions "My Own Private Rodeo" and "I Love You Like Mirrors Do", are inspired by his homelands and queer intimacy. His work has been exhibited in solo-shows, group shows, and installations nationwide and internationally. Their work serves as a personal documentation of their queer family life and beyond human relationships. Park has given lectures at Stanford, CSULB, CSULA, Dartmouth, USC, UH Manoa, Rutgers, SVA, Parsons, and UCLA. They hold a certification in Queer Curating, a BFA in photography from Parsons, and currently in the process of completing their MFA at CalArts.
